The She Leads Diploma of Leadership and Management provides female-identifying and non-binary people with the opportunity to gain the best-practice skills, theoretical knowledge, and networks to accelerate their leadership journey.
The course is specifically designed with a feminist and international diversity focus for professionals who are interested in formalising and consolidating their leadership and management skills and knowledge.
The She Leads Diploma is delivered over ten dynamic full-day classes which include: live panel discussions and Q&A sessions with women leaders from all sectors, practical exercises with case studies and role-plays, personal development sessions, and peer coaching. These workshops occur once a month, with a break over December and January.
The course is designed and delivered by a range of professional female-identifying facilitators, supported by our She Leads Coordinator. Our face-to-face classes feature live panel discussions with women leaders from all sectors and leadership positions, sharing their insights, challenges and strategies for leadership and management success.
